Bad reviews are vague and loud. Good ones are specific and short. We use the same structure every time so nobody has to guess what is expected.
The structure
Designer shows the goal and the constraint. Everyone writes feedback silently for five minutes. Then we read it together and group it. One person decides.
Why it works
Quiet people get heard, loud people get shorter, and the designer leaves with a list instead of a mood.
