Every project at the studio begins the same way: a half-day workshop with the people who know the customers best. Not a questionnaire, not a call. A room, a wall and a short list of hard questions.
What we ask
Who is this for? What do they do today instead? What would make them tell a friend? The answers are often not what the brief says, and that is the point.
What you get
A one-page summary of the problem in plain words, agreed by everyone in the room. It becomes the yardstick for every decision afterwards.
